Alright!
Hello! Good evening or good morning. Who knows what time you'll read this. But I wanted to address the struggle of finding the time to do all that I want to do. Between work and sleep and eating, it can be tricky to decide how to spend that time. I want to write, that is my main goal, to become an author, so I want to spend most of my time doing that. But then I also want to create YouTube videos, crochet, go running, play piano, sing, learn how to make bread, etc.
But I can't do that all in one day. So, I have to choose only a couple of things from that list and make a schedule, so that I know what I want to do and when I'm going to do it. It stinks sometimes, and if I don't follow the schedule right off, I feel unproductive and like I'm a bad person in some way cause I can't finish what I set out to do. I have learned over a few years that if I beat myself up about it, I will be even less likely to try again, so I've started acknowledging that it takes time to settle into a new schedule and have mentally prepared for the transition.
It's still not easy, but I'm getting there, and I will do amazing things :)
